On This Oregon Trail, Foresters and Mountain Bikers Work Together

The timber industry has dominated the PNW for decades. As local economies change, forest uses have too. In Coos County, Oregon, mountain bikers have built a trail network called Whiskey Run in an area heavily harvested and controlled by timber interests. The two groups have since learned to coexist.
